Founder and Managing Partner
Cristian Darie is the founder and managing partner of Darie, Manea & Associates and has practised as a lawyer since 2006. He heads the firm's Corporate and Commercial department, supervising commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations, and advises clients on share sale and purchase, distribution and management agreements.
He also works extensively in real estate law, conducting due diligence and advising on investment projects, and handles property restitution cases for owners whose assets were seized by the communist regime between 1945 and 1989. His practice includes immigration law: visas, permanent residence and Romanian citizenship.
He speaks English and French.
