Head of Litigation and Arbitration
Adriana Țugui is a lawyer at Darie, Manea & Associates, where she heads the litigation and arbitration department. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since February 2007. She is a certified insolvency practitioner and a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners (UNPIR).
Her work covers insolvency and corporate and debt restructuring, security over assets and litigation, together with criminal, family, employment, real estate, corporate, commercial and tax law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where she also earned a Master's degree in Private Law.
