Managing Partner
Marcela Manea is a managing partner of Darie, Manea & Associates and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since February 2006. She heads the firm's intellectual property department.
Her practice covers intellectual property litigation and competition matters, including trademarks and copyright, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting and consumer protection. She also advises on litigation, immigration, family, tax and employment law.
